غض البصر وحفظ الفرج

قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ

English translation: Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. That is purer for them. Surely Allah is fully aware of what they do.

وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا

English translation: And tell the believing women to lower their gaze, guard their chastity, and not reveal their adornment except what normally appears.

المعروض هنا هو الجزء الأول من الآية، بينما يشغّل زر التلاوة الآية كاملة.

وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ

English translation: And those who guard their chastity.

إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ

English translation: Except with their spouses or those rightfully in their possession, for then they are free from blame.

فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ

English translation: But whoever seeks beyond that, it is they who are transgressing the limits.

وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ

English translation: And those who guard their chastity.

إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ

English translation: Except with their spouses or those rightfully in their possession, for then they are free from blame.

فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ

English translation: But whoever seeks beyond that, it is they who are transgressing the limits.

وَلَا تَقْفُ مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِ عِلْمٌ ۚ إِنَّ السَّمْعَ وَالْبَصَرَ وَالْفُؤَادَ كُلُّ أُولَٰئِكَ كَانَ عَنْهُ مَسْئُولًا

English translation: Do not pursue what you have no sure knowledge of. Indeed, the hearing, sight, and heart—each of these will be questioned.

وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنَىٰ ۖ إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَسَاءَ سَبِيلًا

English translation: Do not go near unlawful sexual intercourse. It is truly an obscenity and an evil path.

الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ ۖ وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُم بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۖ وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

English translation: The woman and man guilty of unlawful sexual intercourse—lash each of them one hundred times, and do not let pity prevent you from carrying out Allah’s law if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. Let a group of believers witness their punishment.

هذا حكم قضائي يطبقه ولي الأمر والسلطة الشرعية، وليس إذنًا للأفراد بمعاقبة أحد.

الزَّانِي لَا يَنكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً وَالزَّانِيَةُ لَا يَنكِحُهَا إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ ۚ وَحُرِّمَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ

English translation: A man who commits unlawful sexual intercourse marries only a woman who does the same or a polytheist; and such a woman is married only by such a man or a polytheist. That has been forbidden to the believers.

وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ

English translation: Those who accuse chaste women and then fail to produce four witnesses—lash them eighty times and never again accept their testimony. They are the defiantly disobedient.

وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَدْعُونَ مَعَ اللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا آخَرَ وَلَا يَقْتُلُونَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِي حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَا يَزْنُونَ ۚ وَمَن يَفْعَلْ ذَٰلِكَ يَلْقَ أَثَامًا

English translation: They do not invoke another god beside Allah, kill a soul Allah has made sacred except with legal right, or commit unlawful sexual intercourse. Whoever does so will face the consequence.

يُضَاعَفْ لَهُ الْعَذَابُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَيَخْلُدْ فِيهِ مُهَانًا

English translation: The punishment will be multiplied for them on the Day of Resurrection, and they will remain in it humiliated.

إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا فَأُولَٰئِكَ يُبَدِّلُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ حَسَنَاتٍ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

English translation: Except those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
